Help right away

If a service is only days away, that is not a problem. It is most of what I do.

You do not need to have anything worked out before you get in touch. Not the songs, not the order, not who is speaking. Send me the date and I will start from there.

  1. 1

    You get in touch

Whatever is easiest. A note, an email, or the calendar. I'll get back to you within a day.

  2. 2

We talk once, for about half an hour

Tell me about your loved one, and anything you already know about the day. If you have nothing yet, that is fine. I will ask the questions.

  3. 3

    I make the calls

The church, the venue, the funeral home, whoever is speaking. I call them myself and work out the details. I'll usually suggest someone in your family says hello to them too, so they know who you are, but the arranging stays with me.

  4. 4

I write out the order of service

Once I've spoken with the venue and everyone involved, I write the whole thing out and send it to you. You'll have it days before, not the night before, and we change whatever you want changed.

  5. 5

I arrive early and get everything ready

I bring my own cables, get the slides running, and check everything through with whoever handles sound at the venue. It's all tested before anyone walks in.

  6. 6

    You are there for it

Not running it. That is the whole point.

Send me the date and I will tell you straight away whether I can be there.
